Designed in the same style as a Pommeau (French fortified cider), FireRoot Apple Jill blends fresh cider with apple brandy. Aged in new American Oak, Apple Jill is smooth, delicate, and balances the right measure of sweetness straight from the apple (no sugar added).   • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Orange twist

  • 3 oz Apple Jill

  • 3 oz spicy Ginger Beer

  • Lime wedge (squeeze)

Jill's Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Apple Jill

  • 1/2 oz Water

  • 1/4 oz Agave Syrup

  • 2 Dashes of Cardamom Bitters

Serve on ice

Garnish with Apple Slice & Orange twist

Hot Toddy

  • 1 oz Apple Jill

  • 1 oz Apple Jack

  • 1 teaspoon Honey

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Serve hot in a mug

Garnish with lemon slice & cinnamon stick
