FireRoot Mule

2 oz. FireRoot Apple Jack

.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

6 oz. Ginger Beer

Serve with ice in copper mug

Jack Rose

1.5 oz. FireRoot Apple Jack

3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz REAL Grenadine

Ice

Shake with Ice and Strain into coup glass

Garnish with Lemon Twist

Top up with 2 oz. Soda Water (or to taste)

Brandy Smash

2 oz. FireRoot Apple Jack

2 oz. Club Soda

.25 oz. Simple Syrup

3 Mint leaves

Muddle mint, simple and soda

Serve over ice

2 oz. FireRoot Apple Jack

1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

.5 tsp. Simple Syrup

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake, strain and serve

Brandy Alexander

1 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao

1 oz. Cream

Serve up in a chilled glass
